The short version: Mindrive does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Everything happens on your device. There is nothing to opt out of because there is nothing to opt in to.
Mindrive collects no data of any kind. Specifically:
All binaural beat audio is generated entirely on your device using your phone's processor. No audio is recorded, streamed, or uploaded. No microphone access is requested or used.
Mindrive does not require an internet connection to function. The app may use Firebase Crashlytics for anonymous, non-identifiable crash diagnostics to improve stability. No personal data is included in these reports.
Mindrive does not integrate with any advertising networks, analytics platforms, social media SDKs, or data brokers. There are no third parties receiving data from this app.
Mindrive does not require an account, registration, or sign-in of any kind. There is no user database.
Mindrive does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. The app contains no mechanisms for data collection regardless of the user's age.
If this policy is ever updated, the changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Given that Mindrive collects no data, meaningful changes are unlikely.
